Opening a new car wash is a big project, and the equipment has to be set up right for the site to run. Innovation Car Wash Services provides new-build equipment support across Florida — handling the equipment side of new car wash projects so your site is ready to wash.
We work on a brand-agnostic basis across new tunnel, express, in-bay, and self-serve sites, providing new site equipment setup, equipment installation support, and startup troubleshooting. We focus on the wash equipment itself — not general contracting or construction. As a team that also repairs and maintains this equipment every day, we set it up the way it needs to run.
From pumps and arches to controls, chemical systems, and POS, we set up and connect the core equipment that makes a new wash operate:
High-pressure pumps, motors, and pump-station equipment set up to drive the new wash.
Wash arches, applicators, and spray equipment positioned and set up for your layout.
Car wash controls, controllers, and equipment connections that sequence the wash.
Conveyor-related equipment set up and aligned for new tunnel sites, where applicable.
Chemical dosing, dilution, and delivery equipment set up and connected to the wash.
Point-of-sale and pay-station equipment set up and connected — see POS & pay station installation.
For a new build, we provide new site equipment setup and startup support — installing and configuring pumps, arches, controls, chemical systems, and POS, connecting them together, and helping bring the site up so it's ready to wash. When a new system doesn't behave on first run, our team handles startup troubleshooting to get it dialed in.
We coordinate the equipment side of your project with your team and your other trades. We can't promise a project timeline up front — build schedules depend on many things outside the equipment — but we work to keep the equipment side moving.
To be clear about scope: we are not a general contractor or construction company. We don't handle permitting, civil work, concrete, plumbing, or building construction. What we do is the wash equipment — new-build equipment support, setup, connections, and startup — so the equipment that runs your wash is installed and working. For construction scopes, you'll want the appropriate licensed contractor; we handle the equipment that goes inside.
Whether your new project is a tunnel, an express exterior, an in-bay automatic, or self-serve bays, we support the equipment setup that fits your format — including conveyor-related equipment for tunnels and the controls, pumps, and chemical systems each format relies on, where your equipment supports it.
New to ground-up tunnel projects? Our new tunnel car wash construction guide walks through site planning, conveyors, POS and chemical systems, permitting, and the maintenance that keeps a new build running.
Adding capacity or phasing in equipment as your new site ramps up? We can support replacement and upgrade work as part of the buildout. Already up and running and just need a single component installed, replaced, or upgraded? That's our car wash equipment installation page — this page is focused on the equipment side of new builds and startups.
Once a new site is running, the same team can keep it running. When something needs attention, we handle car wash equipment repair, and we can set up preventive maintenance to help reduce downtime risk over time. Our office is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and our emergency line is available 24/7 for urgent failures.
Tell us about your new project and we'll help you set up, install, and start up the equipment side across Florida.
